Clock on range not working
He didn't arrive until 4:40 pm. All day I kept getting the runaround as to when the service personwould be here. I don't know though if it was Matthew or some other service person. He checked everything except the clock at first. Then he reset the clock and assumed because it was clicking off the minutes that there was nothing wrong with the clock. Well if he had stuck around another 15 minutes he would have seen that NO it isn't working properly. It gains 25 + minutes. The clock on my Microwave currently reads 7:45pm and the clock on my range reads 8:11pm. I paid $100 for a service call and the problem still isn't fixed. I have had a Sears warranty for over 20 years and never have I been treated like I was today. The service people you used to have AE were the cream of the crop. They were personable and knew their appliances. I am really disappointed in your warranty company and plan to shop around for a better one! I spent most of my day on the phone and Internet trying to resolve the issue with my clock on my Kenmore Elite range to no avail. Thanks for nothing!!

Very upset
Our technician called in the morning and said that he had 7 calls ahead of me. I asked if he could notify me when he was on his way because no one was home. This would have been the 5th time we had to take off of work and I refused to do so. I never received or call or text and he showed up at our house. We saw from the camera and he left after my husband said he would get there in5 mins. We can WAIT ALL DAY but he could wait a few extra mins bc there was traffic. I am now going on 5 weeks of trying to schedule a technician to come repair my stove.

Review for overall service not tech
I had a tech to come out on 7/1 to fix C my range through my home warranty. . He noted that we had a sensor issue. He ordered the sensor and scheduled to return on 7/9 to repair once the part came in. The part came in on 7/7 . On 7/9 a tech was supposed to come out and did not call or show.. another tech came out and noted that not only the sensor but a panel would have been B ordered as they work together. He placed the sensor and did testing, but did not order the panel that he recommended. I am hoping he reports that need to the warranty company so that we can get this rectified and not have another outage.

Never Showed
He never showed up. We got a notice the job was completed, but nobody came to the house. The was AFTER he didn't order both parts needed to begin with, so we had to schedule two appointments. We've been trying to get this resolved since May 9th.

Home service
The service was not performed. I waited for hours and no one showed up. I received several messages stating someone was on the way but nothing. I feel my time was wasted and not respected. I purchased a stove that stop working a month after purchasing. I have asked them to fix this but for some reasons I am still dealing with the issue. Hopefully this gets taken care of because I don't want to have to purchase another one when I just purchased this new one from BADCOCK.

Double oven wall unit repair
She didn't bring the lift for the oven. Someone that was at my home installing a washer and dryer helped her. To top it off she would not let them use a tester to check power to something that they needed to check. Had it not been for the service person already here, my oven would still be inoperable!
