Drew and his Mentee, Damian were both very professional, thorough, and respectful as they examined our Kenmore range, discovering the malfunction's cause. As well as offering suggestions on repair options which I very much appreciated!

After 3 days of assigning Leonardo P. To fix my stove and not showing up and not calling, I requested someone else, they sent Jesus who was professional, show up on time and did a fantastic job. I would not recommend that tech Leonardo P. At all. Thanks to Jesus I will be able to cook my turkey for Thanksgiving!
