Nicholas was pleasant but the issue is not fixed. This the 4th time over the past 3 months one of your technicians has come to the house and the problem is still not fixed.

The worst experience I have ever had Darryl didn't know what he was doing he had to call his supervisor on how to do anything. They didn't finish job would never recommend this company Sears Service.

Adam done a good job and was very respectful. He never tested it before he left. We just tried the oven on 06/26/2025 and we are still getting the same fault code 47!

Only half of the problem was addressed!!!

The technician only fixed half the problem, told us to put in another claim for the oven light. The light went out six months after we purchased the Thor range in 2023. This is the second time the technician has come to fix the new range heating part. And didn't fix the light that turns on when the temperature gets to the requested temp. They continue to tell us to put in another claim, we have been without an oven for 8 MONTHS. We paid over $3000 we should be able to turn the oven light on.

Didn't Even Fix It

Been to our home 4 separate trips, and keeps closing out the ticket stating work has been completed, but it has not been. Our oven hasn't functioned properly in over 6 months. And they're trying to invoice me directly, despite it being under manufacturer warranty

Outstanding when the right tech shows up

After 4 failed attempts by service techs who knew nothing about propane service the 5th service tech showed up and had the knowledge and experience to finally repair the oven correctly. This process began in Early April and ended in mid June. Maybe….

Poor people skills

Insinuated that GE has false advertising. Speaks to home owners like they are 4 year olds. Has not been successful repairing our machine. When I said we would call to reschedule again and I would ask for someone else he said he was the owner of the company - well then you should improve your people skills. I let him know I was the owner of my house and he was not welcomed in it again.

They came out to service the stove was told the problem was fixed. It's still releasing carbon monoxide
