No service at all!
Sears home service is a SCAM! They take your money monthly, and when you need services/repairs; they make up new rules to deny service . I have a glass-top stove, it is three years old. After years of daily use, it simply cracked because of the constant heat. This is a heat-crack, which happens occasionally to these types of electric ranges. I called Sears for service, they sent Rafael. He came, took pictures and left, he didn't say much. Shortly after he left, I got a call from sears stating that they don't cover accidental damage. The gentlemen who spoke with me, was very rude! He cut me off several times as I tried to explain to him that the crack in the glass surface was a heat crack. I ask him "is there a supervisor that I can talk to", he told me that he's the only one that I will have to deal with. We ended the conversation with him telling me that the service is denied. I was very frustrated, I called back Sears, this time they told me that the policy does not cover electric stoves with glass top. This is the second time I had paid Sears home service premium and was denied service. Prior to this, I paid for a policy that covered my home air conditioner, I paid them thousands faithfully for years. Then in 2017 when I needed service, they told me that the specific service I needed was not covering. I've had too many bad experiences with Sears Home Service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all!

You all booked the wrong repair type and despite two corrections in the texts you sent the technician said he was only going to fix a cook top not a dryer and left. The error came from your scheduling department

Never came!!!!!
This is the fifth time I've waited all day for you guys to cancel on me last minute. This time I even got a receipt for work that wasn't done. Because THEY NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE!!! And you cant even talk to a real person. Worst customer service experience EVER!!!

Incompetence at its best
Tech was fine. System setting up appointment is ignorant. I reported induction repair no less than 5 times. Sears does Not repair induction cooktops. Wasted 2 weeks of my life. Fix your AI appointment system or train your techs to repair induction cooktop.

This is a racket and customers are targets.
Completely Unsatisfactory !!! Not the technician's fault but ridiculous. Two technicians sent out. One for stove and one for refrigerator. No one explained that up front when I made appointment. I have a $500 repair coming for refrigerator but the technician for the stove says he has to charge me $129 even tho the part to fix my stove is "unavailable". Seriously what a racket. This is like dealing with shysters not a reliable company. We are totally and completely DISSATISFIED!!! And longtime customers. You can expect a complaint.

No personal service!
Very frustrated that there was no available communication via phone — Only AI ( which was unable to answer my questions ) . I was without an oven for two months!!! Emailing us constantly but no resolve until I contacted Panther RV where we purchased oven. The above rating does not apply to the tech Harley

Communication
I was told I would receive a call to go over my issue with the oven so the service tech could bring possible parts. Phuoc called mere moments before arriving while leaving previous appointment. I had not time to get home and he did not bring any parts to repair the oven. He said now or never so I said no. A more definite time and call ahead of time to bring all items needed for repair would help. I didn't want to pay for a second visit at some unknown time to repair.

You're serviceman didn't fix anything. It was marked complete. I wasn't home so there's no way it's complete. No wonder Sears went out of business!
