Response to the rate service sent to me.
He never came to my house. He texted and said that he is a range tech and can't do my refrigerator. I received a copy of a form through email that showed services rendered on my range.. Again,, no body came to my house to repair anything.. This email said that I signed an invoice, but I didn't sign anything. I have been very disappointed. My refrigerator has not worked now for over a week and I can't seem to get anyone out to my place to fix it. I'm sick of dealing with A I. I'm getting no where fast.

Repair Information not clear
On October 20, 2025, technician Jaime Q. from Sears visited to service my Samsung gas range. I was told that the name and part number of the replacement component would be emailed to me shortly after I signed and paid the service fee. I paid the service fee in full, even though I declined the repair during the visit, based on that assurance. It has now been more than seven hours since payment, and I still have not received any part details or follow-up communication. This lack of response prevents me from proceeding with the repair and reflects poorly on service accountability. I am requesting that Sears immediately provide the part name and number by the end of the business day on October 21, 2025, as initially promised. Repair of range
There was no communication! We have had terrible experience! First they said they'd be here on 15OCT, the day before that we received an email saying they wouldn't be here until the 17th! The day before that I received an email saying they wouldn't be her until the 21st.i called to complain. We received an email saying they didn't know when the part would be here!! I called to complain. Then they show up out of the blue today, the 17th! I gave them my husbands phone number but looks like they tried to call my old phone number!! So needless to say, we weren't here this morning!! We only know they came by because we have cameras!! Now what!??

Not very polite
Mike informed me that there was no model or serial number on file and that was a requirment to service the range. He was very matter of fact and was not very polite. When I told him later in the encounter that Sears was not a good company, he agreed and said they had fired many people. He was not very empathetic that he was unable to repair the range.

Seriously upset by Sears service
Seriously upset by Sears service. No contact via text to let me know they are on their way. No conversation as to where this service order stands. It has been over 6 weeks since order was first placed and the repair has no been taken care of. Would never recommend Sears service to anyone.

Stove Repair
Stove still not fixed to customer standards. Some of the ports still not working. And then tell my husband that I may have blow on it to get to them working. What kind of repair man is that!!

Did not fix my oven
2 mo old oven warranty claim. Did not fix my oven. Did not leave any notes. Company now wants to charge me a diagnostic fee to come out and fix it. Highly don't reccoment

How do you give a zero?
Nobody showed up, AGAIN! My oven has been broken since July and I have been asking for someone to come out here to fix it. The first time for Sears was good, guy came out we ordered parts. Awesome right? Two weeks later the tech never shows up to fix it.....then 1 week later after we called AGAIN this one never showed up! Not even a reason why....no call nothing. But it does somehow state that this person is here....and I got a "Rate your service text" for someone who never showed. You better believe how ANGRY I am right now!
