Shaun G did a great job for our stove issues. Friendly and efficient service. He also clearly explained what was going on and how to fix it. The only issue I had ( not with Shaun) was the extremely long 9 hour window for the service appointment. 8 am to 5 pm. There were no updates until about 2:30 pm when we found out that the expected time of arrival was around 4:00 pm. It is unreasonable to have to be here for 9 hrs in limbo. The company should be able to figure out a repair route and at least get it down to a morning appointment or an afternoon appointment!!!!!!! Sears needs to fix the system!!!
