My oven still doesn't work
He came out and installed the part but said my wires are not working and I needed to call an electrician for further work. But that was not true at all. I don't think he knew what he was doing and I don't think he installed the part correctly. Nevertheless I still need someone to come fix my oven because it still doesn't work, but I gave him one star because he was nice.

Horrible
Tyler came in, looked at the stove, said there was nothing could be done and left. My husband went out and explained to him that the handle had came loose- we tried to get a rep over 2 years ago but no tech could be found. With handle being loose and 1 side coming off, my daughter went to use the oven, opened the door and because the handle was loose (the screws fell out) she fell with a pan on the door. The door is messed up but it all stems from the door handle being loose. My husband had to ask him to simply come in and fix the handle at the very bare minimum. He was very rude, didnt communicate with my husband after that aside from telling him "there the handles fixed and you can look online for a new door." After he left, we realized he made the door worse because he pulled the steel part of door apart more to put a screw in to fix the handle and HE ONLY PUT 1 SCREW IN THE HANDLE! At the end of the day, this is a result of the door handle lossening and falling off. Can't believe how much we paid for an extended warranty!

Most horrible Service experience encountered.
Technician showed up, took al look at the stove and said nothing could be done, you need a new stove. Pressed a few buttons on the control and said no parts are available. No meaningful analysis of the problem. No work was done yet wanted to be paid for showing up. This is a horrible service company, when asked to speak to his supervisor, said no live person to speak to. No one should obtain this service from sears. There are no live person to talk to if you encounter a problem. The technician appears to not be wanted to touch the product. This was a very horrible experience for me. When I called the service, the response from the no live communication, was that, if no work was done, I should not have to pay.

Warranty
There is no communication. Sears customer Service is horrible. After being a LOYAL CUSTOMER for 25 years your lack of CUSTOMER support forced me to take my business elsewhere. 25 Years with SEARS very disappointed

No show another technician showed evaluated the problem of my refrigerator but bec their a statement that service appt was canceled he can't ordered the light 💡 replacement through customer service. Try to helped but office is closed & to try again Monday, that was tech Enrique.

Repair
This guy you sent out has no clue what he's doing. He couldn't even get the door off the range and then he's gonna tell me that the parts that are on the range that I called about are what I have to live with, and they're not even installed right, y'all sent me two old men out here one that installed the parts incorrectly and this one couldn't even get the door off the range and telling me I have to live with it the way it is.

He didn't say much then told me he couldn't work on because of the smell of the litter box. Kenny from Dependable Appliance was here earlier today and he put a part in the refrigerator with no problem. If he can't do it, I would suggest giving Kenny a call. He has repaired appliances for me since the 80s. I have 7 cats in my house and 2 little dogs. It is constantly needing something. Get a life.

Hussein, rated a 1 because a zero rating is not offered
Hussein walked in with an attitude, and questioned my husband about the legitimacy of our warrantee for over 5 minutes. He almost aggressively acted like we were somehow trying to cheat personally with a fake warranty . My husband finally got the papers to show him, and he snorted when he saw that the warrantee was not through Sears. He had obviously decided there was nothing wrong with the stovetop, possibly before he got to the house as it was pushing 5 o'clock, even though the water was only boiling in the center of the pans. His solution when I pointed that out was to tell me that I should stir to eliminate that problem. When one pan bubbled on one side only he said the pan must be warped. One pan actually never bubbled for at least 5 minutes when he was there, and he said it was because the pan was too thick. This is an induction cooktop that we paid over $1300 to fix less than 2 months ago. He stepped back from the cooktop and folded his arms and actually hummed when I asked him to re-look at the bubbles. He got very defensive, telling us he had done his job for 25 years, took a picture, said he would report that it was perfect, and began humming again. At that point my husband, who along with me was growing increasingly furious with his refusal to look, his humming, and his mysteriously defensive and yet slightly aggressive attitude, walked him out. When asked for his supervisor's name, he said he was the supervisor. When asked for a card with his name, he pointed to the side of the truck with the 800 number. We will be contacting Assurant with our complaints and will demand a refund of the $50 we spent if they are unable to send out another competent repair person. I have never had a worse repairman in my house. Ever.
