Brian cancel the appointment because the part do not arrive to the address 208 Lopez Ct and he don't anything with him to make the job. this is the second appointment the sears technical cancel.

Sears made a contract with us to maintain specific appliances and has renewed on their side of the contract

He didn't check the oven
Reported an issue with the oven due to a gas smell when it was running. He came out the next day which was great. He only checked the front and inside of the oven. He told us he thinks there was a gas leak that has nothing to do with the oven and to call the gas company. I had to pay the service fee even though he didn't thoroughly check the oven. A couple days later I get the gas company to come out. The gas guy found a small leak at the oven fitting and was able to fix it even though he said this was an appliance fix. Now I might get charged by the gas company.

Did not do a thing
Did not look at the unit was here for less than 30 seconds claimed he could smell my animals because he saw some puppy pads in the trash and it was making him sick. People have pets my home is clean.

Bad business practices
I provided model/serial numbers and a detailed description of the problem in advance. Technician stayed 3 minutes, did no work, and charged $139 for a part he knew was unavailable before he arrived. This is a bad-faith charge.

Awful company, do not use
The technician was fine but dealing with Sears is absolutely horrible. Their website is poorly designed, inflexible, and difficult to navigate. I paid for the service that was completed satisfactorily and I am happy with that. However, I keep getting bills from Sears saying that I did not pay for the service. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of a live human to deal with this problem. I will never, ever use them again.

Repair on our oven
The tech replace the ignitor on the lower oven. In the process he scratched our new quarts counter top. I asked what he is going to do about it. He gave me the phone number to the insurance company. He also did not push the stove all the way back in place or put the cover back on to the light in the lower oven. He also did not test it to determine if it was still leaking gas at start up. The stove is just over two years old.

Service is horribly mind blowing
Emailed all info and called following day and with all my information they still say they cant find my coverage even with me holding binder in my hot little hand! I will not purchase from this company again! My stove is partially out again after just being serviced with new parts! Where are these parts being purchased from? Are they pre-used? If this doesn't indicate range is a LEMON STOVE, then I don't know what else to do? How can I find and email information to email I was told to and this institution is unable to see what I see! Then there's a conspiracy to not make me complete and continue to put a temporary bandaide on their products! I have chest pains every time I try dealing with this company
