Waited all day to find a receipt of the repair. Tried to call and speak to a human but the only thing I can speak to is an AI (Samantha). Let me know how can I get another appointment. Also let me know why I got a receipt for a visit that never was

Bad service

The service man was here and twice. This last time he replaced both top and bottom elements. When he was done I asked him to stay to make sure the oven was working properly. I had cookies ready to bake. He said he hadn't had lunch yet and he had another appointment to get to. I told him if it wasn't right he would be coming back again. He left saying that the only other thing that could be done was replaced the stove. The Oven Is not baking evenly. He would have found that out if he would have stayed. We have had at least 5 service calls and it still is not right. I need to speak with a supervisor!!!!

It took 5 visits for this person to fix my simple problem with my wall oven broiler. First I want to say that I told the scheduler 3 times each conversation that it was not a range oven it was a wall oven. They still wrote it down as a range oven. So one time the technician came out he could not address the problem because he needed another person to help take the wall unit out. One failed service appt. Then I told the scheduler that we have an electronic gate and the technician needed to call me 20 minutes away so that I can watch for them at the gate. I cannot sit out there all day waiting. A simple call 20 minutes out solves the problem. The first visit the technician showed up at 5:30, past the slot I signed up for, did not call 20 minutes out, decided I didn't let him in and left. The second time was the second person problem, no one to help take the wall unit out. The third time he came out with someone else and diagnosed a simple problem but didn't have the part. The fourth time the technician called me to say he was 45 minutes away and asked if I still wanted him to call 20 minutes out. I SAID YES. He did not call me 20 minutes out. Even though I sat outside watching the gate for his arrival for AN HOUR I missed him and he again left wasting another scheduled service time. Finally on the 5th try he managed to call me as I asked and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. 5 service calls for a 15 minute fix. Five service calls where my time was wasted. And Alejandro never acted like he even cared about doing a good job, or that he had any problem with wasting my time. Terrible, unprofessional service!!!!!

A week and a day has gone by and Frigidaire said they have not received the paperwork from his visit. At the visit, he said that the oven was not repairable and Frigidaire should issue a new one. Well, they can't if they don't have the paperwork from the technician.

Induction range repair

Had no idea what he was coming to service. Had to goggle are problem to figure out what to do. Had no experience with induction ranges and said our problem was normal and left. Frankly I wouldn't have let him touch it if he actually diagnosed it properly.

Oven Warranty

David showed up to repair, immediately saying oven wasn't converted properly, he said he's been doing this for 20 years, told me I needed to get gas company to check it out, so I did, everything was right on gas side. Another tech came out, it was the temp sendor so he fixed it. Sounds like David needs to find something else to do if he's been in appliance repair for 20 years and still hasn't figured it out.

Problem Not Corrected

We have been without our gas range for weeks. The first technician that came out had to order two valve stems, four should have been ordered since those knobs were nearly impossible to turn on and off. The last technician replaced the two valve stems and stated he found a leak in another burner and fixed it. It was not fixed. I had to call New Leaf to schedule another appointment because we could still smell gas. We had an appointment scheduled for 02/24/2026. I received an email this morning stating the appointment had been canceled. We had our gas company come out today and the technician determined t the middle valve is still leaking. I expect someone to come tomorrow and take care of this problem.

Very disappointed and uncomfortable.

We were very uncomfortable with Raymond D. If asked any questions he became Argumentative and condescending. His helper was very polite but also seemed uncomfortable. Raymond attempted to correct our erratic temperature Wise oven in the 4 visits me made here. His first visit was to tell my husband the oven just wast given enough time to heat. The second visit because his suggestions didn't correct the problem which Raymond D. Insisted was corrected! On the third visit the floor was left soaking wet from snow tracked in. Not wiped up by and an order put in for parts. On his 4th visit we were sent 2 of the three parts Raymond D. said were ordered. We did not open the packages and left them sealed for when Raymond arrived as they came to our address. We also showed him a copy of a text sent to us saying the technician would be sent the parts and only two were listed. My 85 year old husband pulled out the stove, unplugged it and cleaned out the drawer under the oven before Raymond D. arrived trying to appease him. Having dealt with him 3 times before. When he left after his 4th visit to put on the two new parts he waited for the oven to heat and maintain the temperature setting. We tried to explain what it had been doing and was met with aggression. When the oven got to 350 degrees he simply walked out the door leaving it open as he left to us showing his defiances. It's our thought he is a very angry person, unhappy with his job and customers. We will not be calling to have any additional work done "IF" the oven should give us additional problems. We would also not be interested in getting additional coverage for any other problem out of fear we would be visited again by Raymond D. We're sorry to send this along but you really should be aware. We'd hate to think these were isolated situation just with us.

2 appointments, not fixed

If i could rate lower I would. He was originally scheduled for Friday the 13th. He said no one was home which was a lie there were 4 people at the house and a ring doorbell camera to prove he never came. When he did come on the rescheduled date he didn't fix anything and blamed the brand of range. On top of everything hewore his shoes in the house without asking if it's ok. Absolutely waist if time for 2 days.
