No communication
Both staff walked in . I was on the phone and told them to wait. They continued to do what they needed to do without communication. I was working and I was interrupted. No courtesy or manners. At the end they left . The main person came back in and said everything was done. Did not test it with me or anything. I know they already had a concept of my family but the professionalism should not be determined on assumptions.

Technician Review
The technician asked me to sign forms to accept the work being done. He did not show me the verbiage on the forms that explains the possibility of damage if the appliance was moved. I only saw that later once I was sent the forms via email. Not a good move. The technician also seemed rushed to get in and get out, and did not complete the work that was promised over the phone when I made the appt (did not clean the range gasket).

Unnessesary service
I appreciated that the technician honestly told me that there is no solution to our problem and we are stuck with this gas range. I asked him to check if it was leveled, and he assured me it was. I started cooking shortly after he left. Sure enough, all the oil for sautéing was in the one half of the pan, leaving the other half burning. Not a happy customer!

Don't blame the repairman for the company issues
Terrence was very nice and we were pleased to have our stove back. As to the Sears Home Services you are very unprofessional. You did not notify us until 9pm that he was not coming on the second day date the original appointment was made. And you want me to have all of my appliances in your care? I DON'T THINK SO!'

Job still not finished
Job not finished. Calling is to lupus to get a hold of right person and job shows complete. Leki (Alexa?)was great but somewhere in research etc nothing has been resolved and 3 parts never came. Word is parts not available and we would be contacted for range replacement. Started claim June 2: still no word spoke with john today DMiel recently and both very helpful but research has not responded to any updated on case. Job seemed to have been signed off and completed no never done only inspected back on June and it is now Aug

Great Job!
Several techniciations have come to repair my dishwasher over the last few months. Odly, I had cancelled my appointment due to my Daughter having a hard recovery from a chemo treatment. Somehow, Luis came anyway and fixed the problem that others failed to. So happy with hiswork and thankful!

Incorrect diagnosis of issue
The technician provided by you guys failed to identify the issue and improperly diagnosed the issue in a manner that resulted in an incorrect denial of coverage. We had to go out of our way to get our own technician and it was simply a faulty wire as opposed to the issue that the technician stated it was.

Stove Repair
The Sears technician was more interested in selling a maintenance contract and/or getting me to buy a stove from their store in Braintree MA. The technician gave me a cost of over $700 to repair one burner issue. I told the technician I wanted a day to think it over before investing that amount of money for one burner on the stove. He said I had to let him know now so I just paid the $139 initial fee that was charged to come out & look at stove After he left, I called Whirlpool requesting an authorized dealer from their list for my KitchenAid stove. They sent someone to repair my stove. The technician ordered a part and returned & repaired my stove. The part and labor was $351. I wasted time and money with Sears. I called Sears because I grew up with Sears appliances & felt I was making the right call. I will never call them again! Never!
