Incomplete Repair
Replaced part on range and checked its operation. It is a gas stove with a downdraft. He did not place stove back into original position . I still need it done. Have attempted to contact him and Sears and they can not get anyone to come back until another day. Should have been completed properly the first time.

Samsung Range repair
Tech was professional and clean. However, was in and out and did not explain repair options. Have experienced better service.

Duane is good, company bad!
This company is terrible. It took 6 appointments to get the digital display fixed on our stove. I rearranged my day 6 times for this. I hope to never use this repair service again. 1st assessed repair and ordered part 2nd was going to show up too late 3rd part didn't work, reordered part 4th could not make it, I rearranged my day for it. 5th couldn't make it, I rearranged my day for it. 6th made it and fixed

No Deal
Elijah was great but was not qualified to render the service requested. How those details were not worked out before sending him here and having me wait all day is un excusable. Funny thing is he knew to ask for the part that he was unable to install. A new name does not translate to better service and apparently that new leaf has not been turned.

Service call
Besides the technician missing the 8 to 12 , 4 hour window, with no updates, i finally receiveda text at 3 that he is on his way. When he did look at the stove he had to call another technician to ask questions. He finally determined the burner control knob was bad and replaced it. Now my stove is fully functional.

He repaired the igniter switch but the oven stays on.
You all act just like I am a new customer. I had a protection plan and it expired September 2023 and I got another one October 2023. I am very disappoined with the service I have received. I have been a customer with Sears for a long time and I have never experience anything like this. After the technician left I decovered the oven was not going off, so I called to report it and asked could someone come back or tell me what to do. Either they did not understand or did not care. They only wanted to schedule another appointment. My range is gas and I could not let it burn until Friday. I could not adjust the remperature nor could I turn it off. I could use the burners, I can't use them now because my cousin had to turn the gas off until the oven is repaired. The technician that came Friday said the control panel was defective and the igniter switch.
