Our scheduled time was 8-12 he showed up around 2. Was out of the scheduled window last time too. He also used one of my kitchen hand towels to clean something, I wish he would have asked for a rag.

Prices are just way too high
The technician did his job and knew his job extremely well but the prices are just too high ,520 dollars for 22 minutes of work repairing a 1 burner on the stove is just way too high, will not do business with them again.

Did not find a leak
First of all, they don't let you know what time they're coming till a half hour before, and all he did was turn the gas on and use some kind of sensor to find to see if there was gas leaking. He should've waited at least 15 minutes because that's when we smell the gas, and he did no pressure test. The Pressure test the gas company did on the line, it lost pressure when the stove gas valve was on, but did not lose pressure when it was off so the leak is in the stove, even I can figure that out. Did not seem professional. I could've got my own gas sensor and paid a fraction of what I paid for them to come out here. We still smell gas when the valve is turned on.

The tech that came in was professional and polite but for the price for service I was not pleased with all the tech did was check my oven for leaks by putting soap mixture on couplings found leaks and tightened connections then left for what was done the amount was really expensive if he actually did do some work it would have been a more positive experience for me but because of work performed which was very minimal I feel I didn't get fair pricing especially. Since Sears tech had already came out and I was advised any money paid prior would be added to any other service if I had sears come back out within a month. I paid over 300 dollars to get some coupling tightened for 2 visits.

Sears Technician
Not too good, saying that the parts he ordered came in one box, but it says on my text that the other parts is not delivered yet, now another schedule, I need my refrigerator asap, it's been over a month waiting for the other part to deliver here.

Dec. 24. till Jan. 22 and finally got it fixed.
He was critical of the first technicians call to replace the part. I now have a scratch on my stainless steel next to the knob after they replaced the part.

Oven working after electrician looked at it
Mike looked at the oven and decided the electrician had wired something wrong and wanted to delete my warranty. He did speak with my electrician but would not come back in with electrician to review the work because he said he had closed the order and was going to delete my warranty. My electrician came in looked at the wires but found some different wires at the box were connected wrong. Don't know who connected them this way. Long story short the electrician got the oven working and I would like the warranty reinstated.
