Repair my Monogram
Only real complaint is repair time - took a total of three weeks of no oven. That's a long time to repair an appliance
Lisa G,
Mariposa, CAMicrowave door replaced on a microwave/oven wall unit
There were two technicians, and I don't know which one was Aliaksandr. One of the two was rude and arrogant., and made some remarks I did not like. I was glad the microwave door was replaced, even though it seems to be a little loose (the door needs to be pushed to close).
Ravi U,
San Jose, CANice person, but overbooked and rushed
After replacing the master control board, he preheated the oven. At end of preheat cycle the control read 350, but my oven thermometer read 325 and his gauge was also reading low. Tried again at 375 but only got to 340. He packed up and said it would get hotter with more time. (That is not how ovens work is it?) After a bit and with the oven still under temperature, Johnny was still out front in his truck. My husband went out and asked that he come back in and make sure it was heating as it should. Johnny was worried about his many other calls, said he didn't have time, and we should just call to make another (third) appointment. Maybe the techs are overbooked, but what a waste of my time when 10 more minutes would possibly have assured us both that the oven is heating correctly. Is it repaired fully? I am not sure. He had me sign a blank screen and said it was to say I was sending him on his way. But I am afraid I signed saying I accepted his repair as complete. Not true and I am frustrated.

Frederick G,
Sturgis, MS??
The serviceman acted as if it he was in a big hurry. The experience felt rushed and not as attentive as I expected.
GW,
Roberta, GASome what ok
When the service technician was here ,I told him the oven shut off when baking banana bread ,and would not start back up. We tried at different times to start the oven that night because that morning we had pizza dough to make pizza that night. He checked out the ignitor which at time he was here was working. The oven did light and was warming up. He shut it off and said he could not find anything wrong with it. I don't know if it is fixed or not we have not used but he never let it get up to 350 and hold the temperature. So we will see the next time we use it.
William Haragarther,
Sodus, NYFrustration
This was the second time that Chris had come out. The first time he took a picture of the fence and field next to the house and stated I wasn't home. My front door was open and vehicle in the driveway. No one knocked or called. On the second attempt, I never received an " on the way" text. I just checked the status via the link and sat outside for 45 mins waiting. I didn't want the drive by to happen again. Once he was finally there, he was able to diagnose the issue. Luckily he had a part to fix it so that I didn't have to waste another day sitting and waiting. My next step was to just pay someone since the warranty route had been such a frustrating hassle.
Tracey S,
Daviston, ALNo service that was helpful.
I wanted a solution as to what appeared to be peeling on stainless steel trim cooktop. It's unattractive (and stainless steel doesn't peel?!) and only 3 years old! Not covered by warranty because it works-just looks ugly! Last Kenmore I will ever buy.
