My mom and I were not home but my brother who is over the age of 18 was home and when William arrived he had my brother call us to make sure exactly what the issue was and talked to us about what he was going to do and further notified us when he was done.

Tim was on time, friendly, and well prepared. In and out within an hour after replacing the parts. Hopefully this visit fixed the problems since it's the third visit. It's the Frigidaire Induction range, not the service techs that's the problem.
