Nice guy
Good job, worked hard, some minor scratches on stove back
John Z,
Ann Arbor, MIService provided by Roman
I just wish Roman stayed a bit longer to make sure the oven was actually fixed because when we went to use it the oven was still broken. Still, Roman was just as nice and professional as he always is when he comes to work on our appliances.
Alison V,
Yucca Valley, CABilly's job.
He was very good. But I have a question about the CLEAN & MAINTAIN charge!
Helen M,
Hastings, FLoven temp issues
Edward was very knowledgeable but it's a killer on a fixed income to pay and end up having nothing repaired or replaced.
Dave W,
Naugatuck, CTFast and efficient
This is one busy guy. But he gets here when he can, he works fast and works efficiently. He may not have the experience of some of his "elders," but Kekoa is not intimidated and gets it figured out.
Vicky K,
Hawi, HIStove repair
The technician we hade for our stove was very courteous engaging in conversation bout the stove in what went wrong with it and how we was eligible for the warranty on the stove and even engaged in friendly discussion in small talk was a very nice guy and we would be glade to have him back if anything else we have is need of a repair.
Brad H,
Saint Marys, PACommunication Issue
This company need to really find a main stream process of communication with customers. This AI process is totally unacceptable. I will never use their service again and I shared that with Denzel directly. The issue is not his liability alone. It is beheld from the top, his supervisor, John.
Carl B,
Nesbit, MSHelper
The technician need me to help a lot. Wasn't an easy "there is the problem please fix"
Jack D,
Adel, IAScheduling sucks
You are scheduled for service from 8 am to 5 pm so you wait all day and it is passed 5 pm and not a call. It is 7:39 pm and the technician is at the front gate asking to service the stove top. Eleven and half hours not one call. To reschedule you have wait another 30 days. Sears sucks in service. Two appliances for repair one takes three months and the is still not fixed. Sears has lost its reputation.
Raymond L,
Waimanalo, HIGE oven
I believe he's solved the problem , but it was a little bit more of a struggle to fix the oven than assumed. There were some big flames coming out of the bottom of the oven when he thought it was fixed. He learned about switching orifices from natural gas to propane
