Had a 8-12am appointment window. He showed up at 1:30pm. When he did arrive he had the job done quickly. Just book the afternoon window and you'll be good.

Didn't fix the problem and said it's cosmetic damage. I still can't tell if the switch is still on so it is dangerous since it is a gas range

Had Dave come for part 1- would give him a 5; worked very hard to figure out problem, talked me through, , used probe in oven to show me current temperatures , etc. Give Jeff 3 - not communicating, I had to ask him to put floor protection board on floor before moving oven out( looked up at me like really),before he left( when finished) my husband asked him if he was going to check oven temp with probe, just looked at him, showed him where temp shows On oven. Left. If this was my first experience with your company I wouldn't recommend you. Luckily I had Dave first.

I had 5 appliances scheduled for today but the technician only had 4 on his list so he only checked the dishwasher, range, washer (we asked him to clean the filter which he wasn't going to do)and dryer. The refrigerator he wouldn't address because it wasn't on his list. I called Sears and they stated that the refrigerator was to be serviced. He heard the call but was unable to perform the service. They also said that the water dispenser paddle was to be cleaned which I reported had a stain between the plastic cover and the paddle. I went to the Sears website to reschedule as was told to do . They didn't have the refrigerator on the list so I went to chat and was told that a different technician was to come today to service the refrigerator and I would get a text for their arrival but I never received a text and no one showed. Very disappointing. Please let me know how to proceed.

For some reason the clock was working. I asked him to help me change the time to simulate a needed reset. He was not willing to do that as he did not want to risk changing the setting. He was pleasant but lacked knowledge on Thor
