The technician need me to help a lot. Wasn't an easy "there is the problem please fix"

You are scheduled for service from 8 am to 5 pm so you wait all day and it is passed 5 pm and not a call. It is 7:39 pm and the technician is at the front gate asking to service the stove top. Eleven and half hours not one call. To reschedule you have wait another 30 days. Sears sucks in service. Two appliances for repair one takes three months and the is still not fixed. Sears has lost its reputation.

I believe he's solved the problem , but it was a little bit more of a struggle to fix the oven than assumed. There were some big flames coming out of the bottom of the oven when he thought it was fixed. He learned about switching orifices from natural gas to propane

David was pleasant, but the part that was ordered and delivered was not the same as the part inside the range when he took it apart to replace it with the new in part it only had two attachment points instead of four, he tried anyway.And when he turned the power back on it fried, the entire downdraft system, along with all of the lights on the range. Now the downdraft does not work at all so I have no way to vent when I am cooking.

It would be a better review if the right part was ordered and the service technician what a show showed up on the first scheduled service date.

Rudolph, WIAI Customer Service is Terrible. Defective parts installed.
Service tech was great, but AI customer service system is TERRIBLE. There is no way to talk to an actual person and there were no prompts for my actual problem. The new part that was installed is defective. They replaced the control board for my LG Range. The part was shipped to me in a white shipping bag without any protection. The tech was surprised that it had shipped that way. He had to use pliers to fix some bent prongs, before he could install. While my oven does work now, the time and timer functions do not work now. Something is not connected right or broken on the new control panel. The only option with the AI service rep, was to schedule a new repair order. For this new appointment AI says I have to now pay a service call fee of $119. This was/is a warranty repair. THE AI CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN NOT HANDLE MY REPAIR APPROPRIATELY.

I gave 3 stars because Thomas was very honest. The rest of my experience was no stars. I needed service because my oven stopped working. The tech came and said he could repair and ordered a part. When he came back, he tried to repair but the part did not work. He ordered another part. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get another appointment. Then Thomas came he was able to repair the oven with the new part but he stated the oven was old and he would advise not putting more money into such an old oven. Better to get a new one. I wish the first repair person has been so honest. My other complaint is your automated app. It is not user friendly. When I needed to make changes to my appointment and contact information it was difficult to do. I think it would be helpful to speak to an actual person to get help with questions or corrections. I feel like Sears does not have very good customer service that they are very hands off

Crozier, VAGood Service When Delivered
My first date of December 8th was not kept by the company. I did not receive a phone call or update until the next day ! After we waited around from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm . I was given for today 12/13/25. It was kept and 2 servicemen came for the repairs. It was quick and done in less than a half hour or so. The company sends out too many emails and when I tried to chat to get information. It failed to recognize my phone number ‼️‼️
