Hello, the tech was very good on the 3rd time...LG parts were sent twice and wrong parts..3rd time was a charm. Lastly, please think about a 4 hour window & not 8 -5...that is tasking for home owners & dogs..

Technician Olimpiu arrived promptly & had his company logo/ID displayed. He explained to me that the Brake Burner Ignition had to be replaced. Tech had the replacement parts needed to complete the job. All done within an hour.

Diagnostic was quick but unfortunately the repairs and replace cost was over half the price of a new stove. Way more than expected. Not happy with the repairs quote

Scott came knowing very little about my stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. He didn't even check my freezer. The refrigerator he knew about. He was aware of things I didn't realize and appreciated his help with it.

Very nice gentleman. Worked cleanly and quietly. My appointment was between 8-12:00. Called me and said it would be 3:00. Called again and was 45 minutes away. He got there at 5pm. I have no idea why he was so late, never got an explanation. Could be it wasn't his fault, no idea.

Donald arrived when he said he would. He worked on it for some time. Ultimately said it would take an additional person to lift the top to get to two sensors. Said he can't get one sensor. So, I declined any further service or repair. Disappointing but not Donald's fault - GE provides a bad product - it is 11 years old!
