Good experience
Jahmell, at no fault of his, was unable to figure out what was wrong with the pilot lights on all four burners because they were working when he came. He checked a number of areas before leaving.

Was surprised when Steven showed up not really having any idea what the problem was. We had forwarded make, model, serial number, and even part number for the repair. He came and simply verified what we had already told the company. And of course, had to order the part. Came back about 2 weeks later and was able to install the part. A bit of a hassle for him but he was able to complete the job. He's a nice young man and finished each time with a handshake.

Please give your employees people to actually trained the new ones. Don't throw them to the wolves to figure out. He is an amazing young man and you are lucky to have him. He gives a 150 % Make sure you treat him the same!! I would have him back any day!

He was pleasant but was stumped by our problem. And it may just be the nature of our issue. Also, did not bring shoe covers in with him and we had to ask him to go get them. That does seem to be a problem with most service people, however.

He was prompt and quick. Labor prices are extremely ridiculous Im just going to buy a brand new stove for a couple hundred more then to repair a 8yr old stove for the estimate provided

He is great, works quickly however need more communication if unable to make it after a day of waiting. However. I don't know that he is the reason for this. The glitches in Sears automatic system and appointment times is ridiculous. I'm going to need that to be addressed within Sears IT!
