Very nice gentleman. Worked cleanly and quietly. My appointment was between 8-12:00. Called me and said it would be 3:00. Called again and was 45 minutes away. He got there at 5pm. I have no idea why he was so late, never got an explanation. Could be it wasn't his fault, no idea.

Donald arrived when he said he would. He worked on it for some time. Ultimately said it would take an additional person to lift the top to get to two sensors. Said he can't get one sensor. So, I declined any further service or repair. Disappointing but not Donald's fault - GE provides a bad product - it is 11 years old!
