Greg was professional in the Two encounters that I had with him. 1st visit - determined quickly why the broiler did not work . Ordered part and scheduled repair based on eta of part 2nd visit - Arrived on time, replaced part. My only recommendation would be to have technicians bring a dust pan and brush to clean up when finished. I had just swept and mopped earlier that morning. I was surprised to see the debris left.

Al was a knowledgeable technician. I really appreciated the work he did at the house. My difficulty was with Sears Home Services and how things are structured. There is no phone number to call to speak to a human. The 8am-5pm window they give you for service makes it very challenging for folks who work. If they could at least specify that service will be conducted in the morning or afternoon it would be greatly appreciated. For any given service, you have to set aside two full work days-- one for the diagnostic and a separate one for the repair.

Technician was on time and called in advance to say when he would be here. Satisfied with work done on oven but said my stove needed more maintenance work and someone would call to schedule another appointment. Technician was efficient in handling the problem
