The best repair professional can't help if there are no longer parts available for your appliance. The appointment process does not ask about the age of the appliance, but it can matter. Possibly save the trip charge towards a new purchase..

Each of the service members of your team (we had 3 different ones) have been extremely helpful and polite. If they had realized the problem better at first there wouldn't have been a need to come 4 times. They were each one challenged by what the previous one didn't remember to do. But overall they were great 😊

Michelle was great! Very friendly. But really????Thor uses you to fix their appliances. We have had two technicians come already. Yet you send someone who doesn't know a thing about Thor. She called her supervisor, and they also didn't know a thing about Thor. They told her, "your guess is as good as mine!" I've been without my oven for 5 months. Very disappointed in Sears and Thor for that matter!!

Tech brought the lower element since we had told him before hand what the issue was. Element replaced and oven turned on to preheat to 350 degrees. Told the tech to go ahead and leave since it was up to 320. Well, it never went above that.

little rough with electronics but repaired the stove quickly. had to show how to clip electronics board into back of stove. could have broken when installing needs to be more careful with the electronic board. but will give 4 stars because got stove fixed without breaking.

I just cannot fathom why it takes 12 days to accomplish a simple repair. First you come without the part, when I explained on the phone what the problem was (not the first time it' s needed replacement). The part is ordered and arrives the day before (after 5 pm) return appointment. Day of, no one comes and I am told by the auto generated phone message I have to reschedule. I also cannot understand why it is impossible to get a live person when you call Sears. I guess I can, it is because you do not wish to actually do customer service.
