Greg is a great representative, I wish you folks would use business cards so we can contact him Your general email response is not Very good at all. I'm 81 years old and can handle my responses more accurately and correctly.

Allen was great. What wasn't great was your scheduling. Sat around all day Tuesday waiting for the appointment that day. Rescheduled for today. Had to stay home missing a meeting today. What's with this 8-5 slot. People do have things to do other than wait for the repairman. The Cable guy does better than that. They have 2 hour slot.

Tech was punctual and replaced the part. I was told by the tenant, he did not turn on the oven to test the operation. She turn oven on for 30 min and it was working .
