Michael provided us with excellent service. He was very professional, knowledgeable and completed our repair quickly and efficiently. We give him a 5 star review! Sears Home Services, however, was difficult to work with, delayed our repair by 3 weeks, did not send all the ordered parts, did not provide service as scheduled (we waited an entire day for a repairman, who did not show up with no call/email/text from Sears) and delayed rescheduling service by 2 more days. And, according to their final invoice, they over-charged us by $40+, which we pre-paid; they have not contacted us regarding a refund. We went almost an entire month without a stove/range due to Sears' incompetence and poor customer service. I would give them a 1 star review, just because they eventually did get Michael and the ordered parts to us.
