Hermon was the third Sears technician to come and try to figure out the problem with my brand new GE range/oven! After a couple of hours and taking the thing apart, he got it to work! Just in time for Thanksgiving!

Jake was nice. I gave my information and history when this was set up. Waited over a week and stayed home from work. Then told there was nothing they could do. Waste of Jake's time and mine. To top it off my brand new expensive oven sits and can't use.

There was nothing wrong with the oven He tried to get the glass off the door as I asked , so I could clean it and he could not remove it so it did not get done. Better than breaking it Nelson was courteous and efficient and helpful I would use your service again if necessary.

My range was not heating properly but your technician had all the tools needed to check out the problem. Unfortunately, the range worked fine while he was here. But if I have anymore appliance troubles I'll be sure to. Contact your service.
