My range was not heating properly but your technician had all the tools needed to check out the problem. Unfortunately, the range worked fine while he was here. But if I have anymore appliance troubles I'll be sure to. Contact your service.

Sears does not work on this brand oven. Sears had all info on oven from Cinch. Wasted our time and technician time! Repair man was not friendly: scowl on his face the whole time like he was mad!

Patrick was just fine. He called shortly before he was to arrive. When he came, he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part to fix it. He was very clear on the cost of the call, the cost of the part. When that part did not fix the problem, he ordered a second part and again was very clear on the cost. He came back with the second part and the range has been working since then. The only problem we had with Sears Home Service was the interval for the visits. Each time it was 8 - 5 PM. A full day to expect service is too long in this day and age. Most service is either a two hour interval or at worst a four hour interval, preset with the customer. The full day interval will turn off most people.

After receiving the part and making at least 4 different appointments for the repair, Isaiah finally came today to complete the repair. He is friendly and competent but I really wish there was a "human" that I could contact rather than automation. Because of the automation there was at least a 10 day delay.
