Today the same technician came out to install a new burner igniter in my range oven. However, in early August the same technician installed the same type of part. I think I should be given a discount or not charged being it has only been five months since last service of same

Jeff was very professional and tried his best to correct the problem. However, he gave me information that wasn't correct. Another tech that came out to fix the same problem told me something completely different.

Ljaz identified the problem and ordered the part and made an appointment to install the part. He had to remove large part of the stove.He was efficient añd careful during the installation.

Joseph and his helper (whose name i did not get) were friendly and did good work. The only reason this review is 4 stars is for them, because I dont want this to ding their records. Sears on the other hand is impossible to contact, rescheduled my appt 2 times without giving notice, and confused both me AND the techs by not scheduling them at the same time. I know sears is slowly dying but give your employees some respect and dont make them the only human beings contactable by frustrated customers.

Eduardo called and let me know when he would be arriving and met that time. he was clean, and got right to work we talked about the problems I was encountering and Eduardo answered all my questions. I would recommend Eduardo again, knowledgeable and considerate. BUT he was unable to get the the parts for this 10 year old range to fix it I am very disappointed with GE for discontinuing the components my wife and I took very good care of this range it looks brand new. I wont buy another GE appliance unless it has a 20yr warranty
