The technician was very good. (After two cancellations of the repair visit). We hope that a simple swap of a new microwave for the unrepairable old one will be efficient and swift.

He installed the parts that were ordered and he wanted to review what the problem was. This is the 4th time we needed someone to come out and replace the fans as they started to make a very loud noise. Isaac didn't know what the problem was and my husband had to tell him why and what needed to be done today. He replaced all the parts that were ordered and tested if everything was working correctly. Everything looked good and he put the stove back and left.

Joanna was very nice and professional and went over the repairs and how we can adjust our oven using our manual. The Sears experience was horrible this is NO Reflection on Joanna. The Call centers are the absolute worst.
