This is the second time he has been to our home for a repair and he's done amazing both times. He's kind and respectful and never judges me for the complete chaos with my kids. I have been so blessed to have such a kind knowledgeable repairman

Lack of communication between Thor Kitchen and Sears repairs

Thor Kitchen shipped the part needed for repair to my house. I notified Thor Kitchen that I received the parts and Thor Kitchen confirmed my scheduled repair on Jan 29. I waited for repair appointment for a month. On Jan 29 I received email from Sears that my appointment has been canceled because technician ordered parts. There is no way to contact Sears using any links in that email, text messages are handled by a robot. I finally found the very first text Sears sent me with a phone number.
