For three days, eight hours each day, I sat and waited for my service appointment to find out that they were canceled at the end of the day and rescheduled automatically to the next day where they didn't follow up properly. The service tech was great, but the scheduling crap is for the birds.

Paul seemed very knowledgeable about stoves in general but unfortunately had very little knowledge of my particular stove (Thor). He fixed the major issue which was the oven not working so mostly pleased. He really wasn't sure how the display was supposed to work and sort of glazed over that aspect of the service. I really don't know if I have a clock or if the errors displayed are anything to be concerned about.

Julian came early which was nice. Not very outgoing towards customers. He was NOT rude he was matter of fact. I guess I just thought he would be a little more friendly. But he showed me nothing was wrong with my oven. I felt bad that he wasted his time on my service call. When he left he said goodbye in a nice tone. So maybe it was just me.
