Very nice and professional technician (plus two helpers), but took two scheduled visits to get the cooktop working, left some screws unused after the first visit, and did not put drawer that had to be removed under the cooktop back onto the track after the second visit.

Mohammad was good, wasn't sure what he was suppose to do in a maintenance checkup (not much it seems). Gave us useful advice on our oven though. Not sure which schedules these visits but time was 8am-12pm. He called me mid morning and said he would arrive at 230-3pm. Got hung up somewhere I guess.

The service was great once he actually came. It is ridiculous that it took 6 weeks for the repair. a stove is an essential household appliance and it caused great inconvenience for it to take so long to get fixed. This may not be his fault but things need to change. I'm very disappointed.
