Good service
Everything worked out ok, my range was repaired. The only thing I would recommend to Sears is a smaller window for repair visits. An 8hr window is too long. Otherwise good service.

After months of waiting, Adam finally was able to "repair" our brand new but dysfunctional GE stove. Adam, the technician was great, but Sears is a nightmare to work with. Communications with the office is horrible, cancellations were frequent and efficiency (e.g. ordering parts, keeping job orders straight, etc) was awful.

Jeffrey was very complete in his repairs on both the oven and he replace the igniter and the oven pilot works like it should. Jeffrey also checked the dryer and all the tempeture where ajusted and the dryer works like new.
