Marc, our technician, took the time to answer our questions and diagnose the problem with our Fridgidaire range/oven. However, it took three tries to get a technician out here. Not sure if the problem lies with Frigidaire, Sears or both.

While I am extremely disappointed in the number of times Sears rescheduled this service call at the last minute, I do not want to blame the technician. I suspect the repair delays reflect a staffing issue -- and the determination that my stove issue did not threaten our a health or safety. That said, 5 cancellations is excessive.

Was in n out less than 5 mins. All he said was he cleaned the burners. Don't know what else was done if anything to my oven for the yearly check up. He was a very nice, Respectful gentleman.
