John is great. AI customer service is crap I will NOT use this company anymore because it's so hard to talk to someone or even download the receipt

Technician was friendly. On the first visit I would have liked him to check all aspects of the unit instead of replacing one part. Could have found the correct part was no longer available and I could have a new stove quicker.

He wasn't able to help us with the repair due to not having parts for stove and he asked if I could wait until next day to call insurance so he can submit the report. I called two days later and they had not received report yet. He was informative on the issue but I am still waiting.

You should try and work with your customers that the problem is not so tech then just charge 50% service charge no the whole rate I know you in the business of making money but your customers are not. RICH EITHER

Dwayne was very nice & fixed my GE Stove, but he forgot his tool bag & I had to provide tools to remove bad glow bar with New glow bar part. He apologized for not bringing them with him.
