Stove repair
Excellent service but due disconnect s with AI or notification of the four attempts two were canceled and the correct parts were difficult to get approved. There is a real disconnect between boots on the ground , upper management responsible for numerous cancellations

Rubin gave great service, one concern was no bulb was sent with him after indicating the problem several time via phone and text therefore, I am requesting an appliance bulb be sent to me as a replacement, appreciated.

The technician was very professional and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to the greed of corporations and the "planned obsolescence" of appliances, he was unable to fix my oven. It needs to be replaced and it goes back on the home warranty company. He did what he could and I am grateful!

the wrong part was sent we needed a new top oven door handle and black plastic piece to open the top oven they sent a big metal piece that went inside the oven door he did not use the new piece of metal that went inside the door he kept the old piece and used gorilla glue to hold it together he did put the new ignition switch in the lower oven it works great

Oven works again which is great but didn't put the oven completely back together and I don't know how to. Finish work is important.

Mechanic was very courteous Could not find replacement parts needed to repair gas range. Told me to take pictures next time of problems with circuit board. Range may have to be replaced.

Bernard had 3 arrival times (8:15, 9:12, and 10:14) and was 1/2 hour late for the third arrival time. I waited for him for all three times at the lobby of our complex. This was disappointing. He never phoned to advise me - I had to keep getting updates online. Bernard was not aware of the need for a second person to help pull the stove away from the wall to install the part. Lorenzo G. was our prior service technician and I believe he had identified the need to move the stove. I solved the issue. At 10:56, I called our maintenance department to get a person to help Bernard. The Maintenance manager came up to help. The replacement part was installed quickly, Bernard asked me to dispose of the old part(!) and Bernard was on his way. Bernard is technically competent, but, for me, customer service, responsibility and satisfaction was less than I would expect.
