Professional and courteous. He texted prior to arriving which allowed me ample time to put the dogs up! Thoroughly checked the stove to make sure everything was working as expected when he complete the repair.

He tried his best to fix a terrible situation created by his employer, Sears, lying to him and to us, the clients, about the fact they had hired Cal Valley as a subcontractor in May, had refused to admit they had received a report from Cal Valley concluding the cooktop was not repairable and lied again to First American Home Warranty when they said the cooktop had been fixed
