We have 3 appliances that are out of order and many Sears service technicians visit out home for the last 3 months with no progress on repairing any of them. The Sears Warranty Plan turns out to be not a very good deal. Anyway, Bob fixed our oven. Now, we wait and hope that the washer and the refrigerator will be fixed soon. Hopefully, they will send Bob.

Taylor did a fine job, courteous, and quick. As far as Sears Warranty and Cinch goes....you all have no idea what you are doing, your recorded messages are horrible, no communications between you and I will NEVER recommend anyone getting a warranty from Sears.

Alejandro quickly identified the problem and was nice enough to also wear booties over his shoes as not to mess up the floors in our house. He was very quick courteous and explained everything to me. Would highly recommend him.
