I was completely distraught when Albert came to fix my Zline Range. I had two previous technicians who did not pan out well for me. The first one replaced the manufactured install dented fan with a new one. The next day my oven would not turn on. The second technician came to fix the oven. 2 boxes of parts were sent but not what the technician said was needed. I had to wait another two weeks for the new parts to arrive and for Albert to come. I had completely lost faith in this product thinking I had purchased a lemon. Albert was very patient and diligently worked to solve the problem. In the end he figured out what was wrong. No parts were needed at all. It was the reset button next to the fan -- apparently when the fan was changed the reset button must have been unset. Albert fixed it and then checked everything else with my range to make sure I would not have any future problems. Albert is a top professional and I HOPE you will give him a BIG raise. He deserves it. Many thanks Albert -- you have restored my faith in this product.

Jeffery was prompt and repaired our oven. Too bad the replacement part Sears sent was broken. This could have turned into a BIG waste of time for myself and Jeffrey. The original part and the part Sears sent was used to swap out parts and finalize the repair of my oven. Thank you Jeffery for not causing me to wait for more inferior parts to be shipped from Sears.

My ge oven has had problems for several months, repairs have been maid but problem still exists. Mike came by on Thursday, stated they have replaced items which they felt caused the problem, and they did all they could do. He spoke with assurant and said they would offer a buyout
