Although Sade could not replicate the issue I noticed with my oven, she was very thorough with respect to her investigation. She tested every component on the stove a few times, but everything functioned normally. She told me what I should do should it happen again, but to also get a professional to inspect again.

Bob is a great technician. He made sure he had enough time to work on our stove when the admin scheduled him for a 50min slot. He rescheduled, ordered all the parts and got the job done when he could devote the time it needed. He is detail oriented and good communicator with arrival times and where he is on the process of his job.

James provided great service although my range decided it wanted to work when James arrived. So we had to pay the service fee for nothing. I guess the good thing is that we do have 30 days if the range decides it wants to act up again. James took the range apart and checked things out. He's very knowledgeable and a nice man. Thank you again James!
