I'm impressed with the professionalism of Travis. Other technicians can learn customer service skills from him. He was unable to replace the bub in the oven, I expect a follow-up to replace the light.

Service was great-got here early-checked out oven-found bad part-went to truck got new part-replaced part - checked operation-put oven back together- and was finished in an hour or less- after he left couldn't even tell he was here- he was also very polite and neat. Great job

Kolya call prior,letting me know at what time he would arrive. Had to order the part, service is not finished. The range cooktop is under warranty less than a year old, wish they could've replaced it instead of waiting for parts. Overall service is great.
