Friendly and professional!
Tim performed all the maintenance procedures for our microwave and range, but is sending refrigerator technician to address concerns with the unusual motor sound. There was some confusion in the scheduling for our 3 appliances at different times for the same location, and he didn't arrive until almost 6:00, so that was more than a bit inconvenient for us, but no fault of Tim's. As a result, we have a second day of waiting for the next tech. 🥲

Phillip is a dedicate, conscientious, thorough, and well qualified technician. He analyzed the problem with our stove, ordered the appropriate parts, and returned to install them. He then checked the temperature range as the oven heated up with instantaneous temp readouts. He then adjusted the temperature range between heat on and heat off to result in a mean temperature of 350 degrees to match the settings. He answered any questions I had. This man is a gem!
