I forgot to mention Dennis in my previous review, but like I said you guys have very good employees. Dennis was knowledgeable, professional. I am totally fed up with this Frig not working on and off for over 90 days. However, when you have such nice professional people coming to your home to make the repairs, it makes the situation more bearable. I have been advised to switch to other companies to insure my appliances because they are cheaper than what you guys charged. Initial visit by Colin indicated circuit board replacement. Part was ordered to be shipped to my house and return appointment was made. Scheduled appointment was kept and oven was repaired. Technicians were very friendly and answered any questions. Very neat workers. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you

Everything was good. Just disappointed that I missed a day of work on the day I actually scheduled the appointment for because no one showed and the excuse I had was there was no technician in my area and wasn't told that until afterwards very disappointed someone should have reached out people's time is valuable. But in these days people don't care. But once the technician arrived the next day Everything went well.
