John is an efficient, professional, and knowledgeable service technician. He took care of our routine maintenance in a timely manner and answered any questions we had about care and use of our appliances. His work area was left in perfect condition and he was also an engaging conversationalist. On a scale of 1-5, there really aren't enough stars to evaluate the outstanding level of his work. Our appointment was a late add-on to Levi's already full schedule. He arrived in a timely fashion after 5:00 pm and went right to work performing the diagnostic work necessary to figure out what was wrong with our oven. He was patient as I asked lots of questions about why replacing the broiler element was so expensive. He gave me honest, easy to understand information that helped me make a decision. Based on the information he provided, I am seriously considering signing up for Sears appliance repair program.
