Review of technician/Yugen
My appointment was scheduled between 8 AM-5 PM. I contacted the company the evening prior to have somebody come and check my range. Although I had a nine hour window, Yugen reached out to me when he was on his way and came on time (although it was at the end of the day). Yugen immediately questioned what the issue I had wih the range was and approached the problem with confidence, Upon completion, I was shown the replacement parts he installed. My range (oven) was once again operational. He was professional, courteous and tidy (placing the worn out parts in the garbage) before leaving,

They don't make technicians like Evan very often, if ever! Evan was very knowledgeable and patient and went about his business efficiently. He fixed the problem and even diagnosed an unrelated problem quickly so we coild get our stove back into service. Nice guy, so glad he came to work on our unit

Artist as was great. Went right to work to solve my problem. Fortunately it was a simple fix and the repair was done in no time. I must comment on his service above and beyond. We had some difficulty putting the unit back the way the contractor had it. Augustus stuck with me and lent his expertise in getting the unit back into its original position. He was a really big help both fixing it and reinstalling it. Thanx again!
