It is absolutely horrific that when you call the Sears's number you only get AI and can NOT reach a live person… I WAS ON THE PHONE ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF AND STILL COULD NOT GET A LIVE PERSON. That is absolutely horrific customer service! The two servicemen that came were wonderful, but if there is a problem, you cannot reach anyone… You really need to fix this!

What really stood out was his expertise and attention to detail — he didn't just fix the problem, he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He was respectful of my space, efficient, and clearly take pride in his work. It's rare to find someone who combines technical skill with great customer service, but this technician absolutely delivered. I would 100% use him again and recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.
