Great service, came out same day. James was very knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and walked me through the steps as he repaired my oven. He is very friendly & professional. I would use a & e factory service again.

I had an issue with my cooktop. I called the manufacture, and they were able to get me an appointment three days later. Leon, my service repair man, did a great job. He explained what the issue was and fixed it right away.

A huge WOW! for Juan. Experienced, professional, neat, thorough, he arrived on time and did the job efficiently and quickly. I had a terrible experience with a technician from another company (QuickServe) and Juan was a refreshing change. He explained the problems with my range and the cost. I will use Sears again because of Juan.
