Great Tech
Very personable and friendly technician. Scheduling mix up with his helper did cost me a day of sleep. Originally scheduled on a Saturday but being unable to order parts caused him to have to make a return trip for diagnostics.

Alessandro was very polite and respectful of our home. He explained what needed to be done in order to fix our electric Samsung range. He had to come out twice. Once to assess the problem and order the part. The second time to install the part. He made sure that everything was working and I was happy.
