Travis diagnosed the issue with the Control Module which was code F11 as being a stuck key..their were atleast 3 pervious trouble calls which were diagnosed the same,but Travis went a step further and pinpointed the harness wiring to the Control Module as being the possible culprit..The unit will still need to be replaced but I appreciate his knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
