Fixed the problem and installed ordered part.
After 4 failed appointments by Sears technicians, I rescheduled for 8-10 this morning and they showed up on time and installed the ordered part and the stove is working again. Thankfully two people showed up since it was a two person job.

George was very pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done. He repaired the leaking refrigerator, serviced the other appliances and cleaned the dryer lint area as it was starting to collect under the screen. He checked temps on each of the appliances to make sure all were working properly. I would highly recommend him to anyone that asked.

It's a crying shame that I have to find my own service tech to service my central air unit. I've felt with Sears for a very long time. It's not my fault Sears went out of business in my area. It should be up to you to send one of your techs out from Memphis.
