The service rep, Ledwing P, did a great job fixing our range. The problem with the service is that we weren't given a more targeted appointment hour...or three hours...or morning...or afternoon. Being told that someone would arrived sometime between 8 am and 5 pm makes it very difficult to plan anything else for the day.
