It is absolutely horrific that when you call the Sears's number you only get AI and can NOT reach a live person… I WAS ON THE PHONE ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF AND STILL COULD NOT GET A LIVE PERSON. That is absolutely horrific customer service! The two servicemen that came were wonderful, but if there is a problem, you cannot reach anyone… You really need to fix this!

What really stood out was his expertise and attention to detail — he didn't just fix the problem, he made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
