I had such wonderful experience with this repair. Both gentlemen who came to do the repair called me 15 minutes before they were out. I received email confirmation of my parts being ordered, tracking numbers estimate cost of repair by end of the day. The company emailed me about my appointment with my technician's photo. Which I appreciated very much. I also appreciated the ease in which the app worked to communicate. I'm coming off the tail and of several frustrating repair jobs from other companies and this one was a delight in comparison. Thank you so much for your communication and professionalism

Sent updates about arrival, introduced himself! He listened to all the issues I'd had right from the the beginning with my Kitchen Aid micro/oven combination! Called manufacturer or (wizard behind the curtain) explained all issues and company to buy it back!!
