GE Cafe oven repair
David was a fantasticly good repair person in every way. He was considerate, knowledgeable, totally professional. He repaired my oven and explained exactly what was wrong and how he repaired it.

Service person was competent and knowledgeable. It took two canceled appointments to finally have a service person come on the third appointment. The first person who came to replace the oven thermometer had nothing with him to check if it was calibrated correctly. He said his thermometer was broken and he had not replaced it. A service person should have the necessary tools to do the job!
